This Copyright Policy describes how PupSkies, LLC ("PupSkies") responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement regarding material posted to the PupSkies platform (the "Platform"), consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA").

1.1 Respect for Intellectual Property

PupSkies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same.

1.2 Designated Agent

Notices of claimed copyright infringement regarding material posted to the Platform should be sent to PupSkies' designated agent at the contact information below:

1.3 Required Contents of a Notice

To be effective, a notice of claimed infringement must include substantially the following:

Upon receipt of a notice substantially complying with Section 1.3, PupSkies will remove or disable access to the identified material and will make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted it.

1.5 Counter-Notification

A user whose material was removed may submit a counter-notification to PupSkies' designated agent containing substantially the following:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, PupSkies will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. Unless that party informs PupSkies within ten (10) business days that it has filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the user from the disputed activity, PupSkies may, in its discretion and as permitted under the DMCA, restore the removed material in not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the counter-notification.

1.7 Repeat Infringer Policy

PupSkies will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the Platform access of users determined to be repeat infringers.

This Policy summarizes PupSkies' notice-and-takedown procedure and is not legal advice. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notification can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
