These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PupSkies platform (pupskies.com and app.pupskies.com). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

PupSkies provides a platform for coordinating in-cabin pet transport services. We connect licensed pet breeders and pet owners with trained pet transport attendants for safe, fully managed in-cabin air travel for pets.

Eligibility

To use PupSkies as a breeder or transport attendant, you must register for an account and be approved by PupSkies. Pet owners receive booking updates and tracking access through their breeder without requiring an account.

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and admin confirmation.
• Pricing is determined at the time of booking confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Cancellations must be requested through your breeder or by contacting support@pupskies.com.

Pet Transport

• All pets must meet airline in-cabin requirements (typically under 20 lbs in-carrier).
• PupSkies attendants are responsible for the care and safety of your pet during transport.
• PupSkies is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines or circumstances beyond our control.
• Special needs or medical requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

SMS Communications

By providing a phone number in connection with a booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications from PupSkies. These messages are limited to booking and transport status updates. You may opt out by replying STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

User Responsibilities

Breeders and attendants using the PupSkies platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and airline regulations
• Treat pets in their care with appropriate standards of animal welfare
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential

Limitation of Liability

PupSkies provides a platform to coordinate pet transport services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PupSkies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the PupSkies platform is owned by PupSkies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
